Fine Arts

 WBA believes that God has given every individual talents and gifts in many areas of life, and that we have a duty as Christians to utilize these talents to glorify Jesus Christ. The Fine Arts program at Westwood Baptist Academy strives to identify the talents of each student and aid in their improvement and development. WBA’s Fine Arts program provides students the opportunity to develop their musical talents for the glory of God so that they can be used to serve the Lord throughout their lives. We offer several courses that focus on the areas of music, speech, art, and drama. In addition, WBA students have multiple extracurricular opportunities that allow them to showcase their talents at school events, as well as participating in annual Fine Arts competition with other Christian students in the MAACS regional and the AACS national competitions.

Piano
Piano instruction is given in both private and also group settings. Lessons occur once per week during school hours. Availability is limited.
